Terms of Service
Effective September 17, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Coresoft's website, products and services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.
Provider and contact
The Services are provided by Coresoft AS, organisation number 932 762 447, Idrettsveien 93, 5353 Straume, Norway. Questions about these terms may be sent to [email protected].
Use of the Services
You may use the Services only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and that anyone using the Services through your account or organisation complies with these terms.
Accounts and security
Where the Services require an account, keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, or our rights.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, infringe others' rights, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property and your content
Coresoft and its licensors retain all rights in the Services and their content. If you submit content to the Services, you retain your rights in it and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and provide the Services. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit that content.
Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices, and Coresoft is not responsible for their availability or content.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the Services available and secure, but they are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, Coresoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Services.
Privacy, changes and law
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law. These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes are subject to the courts of Norway, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights.
